Self Confidence: Some people have it, we all want to get it. We all know someone who walks into a room radiating optimism and self-confidence.  They are a joy to be around because of all the warmth and positive energy they radiate.

This month we will be focusing on Citrine, the gemstone often associated with self confidence. Like the color yellow, citrine exudes warmth. It is full of "good vibrations." You can't help but to smile and hold your head up a little higher. Remember, self- confidence is the difference between feeling unstoppable and feeling scared out of your wits. How you see yourself has a direct impact on how people perceive you. Even if you feel scared, smile, hold your head up high and face your fears. They will be much more afraid of you.
